  5. Notes: Organizational Behaviour framework highlights behavior, structure, and processes that are part of life in profit and nonprofit organizations. This course introduces the field of organizational behavior and explores the how, what, why, and when of organizational behavior as viewed and practiced by managers by looking issues such as internal culture, cultural diversity, and cross-cultural research. Hence, Global Organizational Behaviour features focus specifically on global issues, problems, solutions, and programs. These are based on a variety of individual, group, or organizational situations. This course provides learning and knowledge enrichment elements, so that student become an adventurous explorer of how organizational behavior and management occurs within organizations.
