- Notes: The aims of this course are to develop an understanding of managing effective front office operations. It introduces students with an understanding of the way that front office operations function through the adoption of effective interdepartmental communications, property management system and central reservation system. This will facilitate a critical appraisal of the effectiveness of a particular operational types and an evaluation of the potential improvement.
